My car was severely damaged and required work to be completed on my front bumper and headlights. This needed to be done ASAP in order for my inspection to pass on my 2004 Honda Accord. I was referred to Old Town and so grateful for it. I initially met with Irwin who paired me with great care to Kevin. Kevin was super resourceful and very professional while helping me to restore my car. The work was completed in less than two days and it looks amazing! It looks like I have a brand new car. I had damage to my car caused by a moving company from Hawaii (dents & scratches, paint damage) and after struggling with the other party’s insurance company, was able to bring my car into Old Town Autobody. From the beginning (even before I had the insurance aspect settled) Irwin and Kevin were beyond helpful. Once the insurance portion was taken care of, I was able to drop my car off right away and they they repaired everything within a great time frame! They made the entire process hassle free which I really appreciated! Kevin and Irwin were extremely friendly, transparent about the cost & timeline, and thoroughly explained the repair process. My husband and I both plan to return for any vehicle servicing we may need in the future!
