Best auto body shop in town. These guys did a great job getting my seriously scratched/dented side door to look as good as new. Service was timely, professional and expertly done. If you need any work done on your car, this the place. You won't regret it.

Had an issue where I thought that the paint on a portion of the hood of my car was oxidized white due to bird poop. Swing by Old Town Auto Body to get an estimate, Irwin took a look and let me know he thought it was lime scale that had dripped from piping onto my car. Irwin spent about 15 minutes buffing out the lime scale on the spot, and didn't even charge me for it. Very nice guy, and if I have another issue that requires auto body work, I'll be coming back to Old Town Auto Body. Thank you!

Went to Old Town Auto Body on a colleague's recommendation after I hit an object on the Beltway and cracked the bumper and part of the undercarriage. Decided to pay out of pocket so I was bracing myself for a high estimate, but to my pleasant surprise they quoted me almost $300 less than Caliber Collision. I brought my car in this past Monday (Irwin immediately ordered the parts after I signed off on the estimate on Thursday) and yesterday he called saying that the repair was all done! I went in this morning to pick it up after dropping off the rental car at the Enterprise location in the Sheraton just a short distance away, and it was so good to see my car back to looking like new after having had that part of the bumper taped up to prevent it from cracking or brushing against the wheel. What's even better is that they washed my car AND vacuumed the interior, at no extra charge. That was very kind of them! 10/10 would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

After taking possession of a used vehicle, there were some minor cosmetic paint issues that I wanted to be fixed. Irwin at Old Town Auto Body and Paint was my first call after a terrific previous experience with his team. He accommodated my phone call with ease and had me drop in for an estimate. The whole initial consultation took all of 15 minutes and once the dealership approved the costs, his shop needed 2.5 days to have the necessary work completed (repaint some small paint chips on the rear door and re-paint the rear bumper). I was kept informed of the progress and could not be happier with their work, their communication or the lifetime guarantee. My thanks for another job well done, Irwin! Fantastic experience. USAA approved shop and based on the Yelp and Google reviews I had them complete repair for minor bumper damage. Work was of excellent quality, communications were frequent (by text) and comprehensive. Work was done ahead of schedule and as quoted. Easy in, easy out! Very good experience.

Awesome and helpful. I had very minor damage following a small fender bender and they were able to do a quick on the spot fix. Made my whole day!

All in all, this literally was the best experience I've had at an auto repair shop

Thank you Irwin for giving me the straight scoop on my repair options. A very different experience than I have typically received at an auto body shop. I had a minor repair that was handled as a minor repair, not as a typical scenario where the repair is beyond what is needed. Irwin and Old Town Auto Body is my go to place for body repair.
