We had an outstanding experience with Yates Collision from start to finish. Our primary contact, Rhonda, was absolutely amazing—truly the best customer service representative we have ever worked with. She was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly communicative, keeping us informed every step of the way and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What impressed us even more was that this level of excellence extended to the entire team. Every person we spoke with, whether by phone or in person, was courteous, helpful, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. It’s rare to find a company where every interaction exceeds expectations, but Yates Collision delivered exactly that. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Very professionally done

Wow! The service we got was breath-taking! Our old 2010 Camry was struck while in a parking lot and the left front fender seriously damaged. We took it to Yates Collision and Rhonda analyzed the damage immediately and gave an estimate. My wife asked her if she could order the parts and we could bring the car in when the parts arrived. Rhonda agreed. Several days later she called in the evening saying the parts were in. Due to an unrelated problem with the car, we couldn't get it there until nearly noon. It was a Friday, so I was sure we wouldn't get the car back until the following week. To our amazement, we got a call that the repair was done that same day! It took less than a half-day! When we left it, we were prepared to walk home (about a mile and a half) even though it was raining lightly. We are old people, but accustomed to walking. We left the office and Daman, another employee, was waiting in our car and insisted on driving us home. He was so friendly and we enjoyed his company on the way. After the repair, Daman came and got us from home so we could settle up at the office. Another pleasant friendly ride. The repair was excellently done and the bill was below the low end of the estimate. The service and treatment we got was beyond superb! You won't go wrong using Yates Collision.

10/10! Rhonda was an absolute gem. I brought my 2012 Honda Accord into her shop and explained I don’t have collision insurance. I gave her a number of what I was able to pay to fix it and she did everything she could to keep it within that range. She said kind and communicative assured me she would do everything she could. Turns out- she followed through! I will absolutely recommend anyone I know to come to this shop. Honest work and good people are hard to come by these days!

Once you get to where you're talking with an estimator (not that it was difficult) this place is very professional and courteous (Rhonda in particular). Most importantly they do high quality work. Not cheap but worth it!
