While needing work on your car for any reason is frustrating, Yates Collision does everything in their power to alleviate that stress for you. They helped me secure a rental car, scheduled a ride to get me from the collision center to the rental car facility, and allowed me to leave the rental at the collision center when I came to pick up my car. They communicated with me regularly to keep me in the loop on the status of my vehicle, and remembered my name every time I came by the shop. I will use Yates for all of my automobile needs, and would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
