I stopped by for an estimate on a paint scratch on my car. It was 15 minutes before closing. Matt greeted me at the counter and said he would be more than happy to step outside and take a look. He looked at my car and went back inside. He reemerged with a cloth and a bottle of compound remover. The scratch came right off the car like nothing ever happened. I was so impressed by the friendly and professional service that I want to be a customer of all Yates sponsored enterprises. I wish all of my customer service interactions were as deftly handled as this one was by Matt. Truly emblematic of a world-class organization. Thank you, Matt!

Excellent service. Jordan’s honesty is out of this world, the best I have seen so far.These guys take you through the process like nobody’s business . They are a true definition of what a collision centre should look like. They deserve more than the 5 star rating.

I brought my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with damage to the rear passenger side door and rear quarter panel on Monday 11/9. Kevin took great care of me and my vehicle. He gave me a prompt and accurate estimate. He and the staff kept me informed on each step of the repair and completed the body work exactly when he said they would. It looks fantastic. I highly recommend the Yates collision for any body work.

I brought my car here initially because of the convenient location. However, my experience with them was worth more than the convenience. Both Irwin and Kevin are exemplary guys with great customer service! Being a typical “millennial” I usually rely on my father to deal with my car issues because he’s in the car business, but he lives 1200 miles away. Irwin continuously gave him updates and communicated with him. Needless to say, my dad and I were both impressed. I had to bring my car back a couple more times after my inital visit due to cosmetic issues and they happily accepted it and assured me that it would be done in a timely manner. I will continue to come back here for all of my car troubles.

Irwin Angelo is super professional - took my Lexus to have it worked on - great craftsmanship and returned sooner than promised. It is a pleasure to know we have the quality of people and workmanship in an industry that can be sporadic. Will always go there for my needs.

5 stars. I"ve got an 18 year old Saab convertible that I love. The front bumper is low and barely hanging on. I asked Irwin if he could just bolt it on better and maybe cut off some of the bottom so it wouldn't catch on things so often. He gave me what I thought was a very low estimate and said to come back in two days. In short, his guys fixed it and made it look great, cut off the bottom, shined up the car and even did the wheels. Additionally, they diagnosed the engine light that was flashing. Way more than I expected but when I asked what I owed, he restated the low estimate price. They made a friend for life!

Yates amazing customer service delivers again! I needed help with an attempt to fix something myself. They squeezed me in with a quick assist. And in a time when we are all paying attention to social distancing, they wiped everything down, including my keys, when they were done. These guys are always my go to.
