Thank you Irwin for giving me the straight scoop on my repair options. A very different experience than I have typically received at an auto body shop. I had a minor repair that was handled as a minor repair, not as a typical scenario where the repair is beyond what is needed. Irwin and Old Town Auto Body is my go to place for body repair.

Professional staff and excellent work!

Excellent service, and they stand by it! I had work done on my car over a year ago and had a minor sensor issue afterwards that I didn't notice for several months. I've been dreading bringing my car into the shop, fearing unforeseen costs and time without a ride to work, but I shouldn't have worried! I brought my car in at 4:30pm after work and it was finished by 7:30 the next morning, completely covered under the warranty. WOW! I was blown away. Would recommend to anyone!
