Rhonda and Katie did a great job with my VW. I didn’t have to do anything other than drop my car off - they worked directly with my insurance company and kept me updated along the way. They were even kind enough to drop the car off at my house when completed. The completed repairs look great!

Luis fit me in at the end of the day for an emissions inspection which was awesome. We have always had great customer service like this at Yates and appreciate having the shop in Kingstowne.

Had to take my car in due to an unfortunate circumstance, but Katy, Rhonda, and Rob made it a very easy process. My car was taken care of in minimal time and to my surprise when I picked it up it was cleaned inside and out. I would recommend Yates Auto Body to anyone in need.
