I had damage to my car caused by a moving company from Hawaii (dents & scratches, paint damage) and after struggling with the other party’s insurance company, was able to bring my car into Old Town Autobody. From the beginning (even before I had the insurance aspect settled) Irwin and Kevin were beyond helpful. Once the insurance portion was taken care of, I was able to drop my car off right away and they they repaired everything within a great time frame! They made the entire process hassle free which I really appreciated! Kevin and Irwin were extremely friendly, transparent about the cost & timeline, and thoroughly explained the repair process. My husband and I both plan to return for any vehicle servicing we may need in the future!

Super easy and quick body shop, with good service and prices. No complaints. The guy who assisted me (Kevin?) was also friendly and helpful.

Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of bodywork. The customer service was great and they had my car looking good as new. You couldn't tell I'd damaged my back door. They also got my car back to me right when they said they would, waxed and ready to go.

Took my car here after a fender-bender. The other person's insurance company was being a little difficult about providing the supplemental costs but Old Town Auto Body worked through it and got my car looking brand new in a relatively short turn-around.

Meh. I crashed my own car pulling out of a parking spot in the garage of my own building. Can't tell you how embarrassing that was, but I digress. I brought my car here to get fixed up and with a tiny exception on the door handle, it looks good as new. It was just beautiful work, really. I don't know what I expected, but it was definitely an impressive improvement over the state it was in when I dropped it off. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the interior was covered in a dusting of something I couldn't quite identify, but it was a pain to have to clean it up. That's just a little customer service issue, though. This joint is jumping, so I recommend making an appointment when possible. They do a swift business and are located almost in the heart of Old Town Alexandria.

Took care of my mustang upper grill I damaged and treated well with respect and kindness and professionalism. Definitely recommend them.

Had a bad scrape on my bumper from hitting a cement wall with my Lexus. It's an odd green color but Old Town Auto Body and Paint did an excellent job repairing it delivering to me when promised and at a great cost. Highly recommend!
