Manager Rhonda Johnson is amazing. She listened to my long explanations of my minor bumper problem and showed me how to fix it for no charge. She walked me through the cause and the options in case the issue persists. I will be returning for any auto body work that I need in the future.

Have used Yates in the past and have been very satisfied with the quality of the work and the service provided. Stopped in today to have someone look at a small issue that I thought might require an appointment to fix. Rhonda took a look and was able to resolve the situation on the spot. I was extremely grateful and impressed with the service Rhonda provided. In addition to resolving my situation, Rhonda made it very clear that had the situation been more complicated, it would have been handled in a very courteous and professional way.

Well what can i say?... I took my Avalon Over to Yates Collision after i had a Mobile body repair tech do a not so good job thinking i was saving money for a smaill rock chip on the drivers side and it went bad. So i drove over and had Rhonda from Yates come out and look at it and she advise me to have the door repainted to match the paint on the rest of the car, and i did so .. and it turn out super great never knew a rock hit the car, i give Rhonda 5 stars and the techs whom did the work.. Rhonda, is the best very friendly and understanding not to mention highly professional. YES! i recommend if you have body damage to your car and need it fix quickly and with detail precision take your car to Yates Collision see Rhonda.
