Excellent experience from getting the same day estimate to their great customer service to picking up the car in pristine condition! I contacted other places upfront, but none were as responsive or helpful. Ask for Katie. She took great care of me!

I was more than pleased with the service I received—from initial contact to the smooth return of my vehicle (that looked brand new). I was leery because of my prior experience with car repairs/maintenance where I believe I was taken advantage of being a woman and recently widowed. ABSOLUTELY NOT the case with Yates Collision (Old Town). They were very attentive . They thoroughly explained the process and welcomed any questions I had and even encouraged me to ask questions. I especially appreciated their partnership with the rental agency. I will DEFINITELY recommend YATES. Rhonda is Top Tier management—very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Katey never ceased to amaze me with her exuberance. I knew I had made the correct choice when she called to make the initial contact call with me. 🤗

Yates did a wonderful job on my car repairs. I liked the fact that I received text messages to let me know when to expect the repairs to be completed. They completed repairs ahead of schedule, which was nice. Ms. Rhonda and her team in customer service are amazing, very helpful in answering questions and reassuring their customers. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Yates for repairs because of their quality of service.

Luis, the inspector, is very helpful and knowledgeable in getting your car to pass the state safety and emissions inspections. Will come back every year required, just for Luis alone.

I just got my oil changed, state inspection along with emissions all within an hour ! Which is not bad at all and for a reasonable price ! Luis and Thomas provided the best customer service ! Thank you and I’ll be seeing you all again soon !

I had a wonderful experience with Yates! I was dreading the hassle of getting my car fixed after an accident but Yates made the whole process smooth, communicating seamlessly with both the car rental and insurance companies so that all I had to do was show up, drop off the car, and pick it up later. The work done on my car was excellent as well! They communicated thoroughly throughout the process and finished in a timely manner. While I hope not to have to need their services again, if I do, I’ll go to Yates!
