10/10! Rhonda was an absolute gem. I brought my 2012 Honda Accord into her shop and explained I don’t have collision insurance. I gave her a number of what I was able to pay to fix it and she did everything she could to keep it within that range. She said kind and communicative assured me she would do everything she could. Turns out- she followed through! I will absolutely recommend anyone I know to come to this shop. Honest work and good people are hard to come by these days!

Once you get to where you're talking with an estimator (not that it was difficult) this place is very professional and courteous (Rhonda in particular). Most importantly they do high quality work. Not cheap but worth it!

Yates was wonderful. My car looks great! They dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to; they kept me updated always; and they had my car back to me when promised. The receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

Another great job by Yates! Rhonda and Katie were super communicative, prices are all extremely fair, and transitions between them and the Automotive section were seamless for the additional work I requested. I won’t take my BMW anywhere else.
