This was my first experience using Yates Collison in Old Town, Alexandria. The customer service was superb from start to finish. I called in without an appointment, but they dealt with me within 10 minutes and the quote was in my inbox a few hours later. The vehicle went in for repair one week later and they quoted 4 - 5 days. However, the work only ended up taking three days and the quality of the finished product is excellent. I don’t ever wish for my vehicles to go into body shop, but if needs be in the years ahead I would not hesitate using Yates again!
